DESCRIPTION

Tactical Sectors is a unique game in the Puzzle game category. Instead of the usual single screen of falling blocks in this game you'll get six sectors under your control simultaneously. Each of these sectors will inevitably be filled. A filled sector locks down and can't be played anymore. Time is not on your side.

Luckily, there is a one thing to make things go smoother: You are not restricted to drop the block in the sector it appears in but you get to choose the sector by swiping from the left to the right and vice versa. That makes tactics an important part of the game. The best spot for a block may not be an easy one and you have to choose whether you want to potentially risk losing another sector or should you go the less rewarding safe route.

THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE GAME

The ultimate purpose of the game is to gather as many points as possible by breaking the lines of bricks and keeping the sectors unlocked. The game ends when all the sectors are locked down. The bonus bricks play an important role in the gathering of points. However, they are usually difficult to reach.

SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS

You get a handful of different themes and background colors to choose from. You can adjust the controls from the settings menu. The sensitivity of the sector switching swipe is fully adjustable. In addition to a device specific high score list, the game supports Apple Game Center for an easy comparison of high scores internationally and, for example, between friends and family.  

THE TARGET AUDIENCE

Tactical Sectors is easy to start for a beginner yet offers a lot of challenge for an experienced player. Both free version of the game with score limits and a full version is available through App Store.
